The main composition of the Digital Color Hyper-protecting Varnish is nano inorganic compounds,which is refined by special polymer materials. After coating, it can form a transparent coating film with strong hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, heat-resistance, hardness, corrosion-resistance which can effectively prevent oily and water-based pollution sources.
High hydrophobicity: water contact Angle about 120*(depending on the spraying environment);
High oleophobicity: can endure oily marker for 24 hours (may be longer, depending on the spraying environment), the marker can be wipe out without using water and other cleanser;
High hardness: up to 5-8H, stable hardness even under high temperature,
High scratch-resistance: can withstand 3M clean cloth 1000 times to wipe (weight 1.5KG)
High heat-resistance: can be used for a long time under the temperature condition of 200℃-600℃，and will not yellow and non-combustible under high temperature(<600℃)
High transparency: depending on the spraying environment, the transparency can reach 95-98%;
Strong adhesion: suitable for aluminum, copper, steel, iron, glass and other inorganic substrates;
